Charles leads FIRM clean energy with over 800MW of operational wind, solar and storage projects under his belt and management experience with reputable firms including Horizon Wind Energy, EDP Renovaveis & BrightSource Energy. Charles has an MBA from MIT.

Gordon has over 15 years in the power development business, with deep experience in the development and construction of over 30 wind and solar projects (4,500 MW) in NYISO, PJM, ERCOT & CAISO markets.

Director - Development Intelligence

Neil applies his 20+ years of technical  (GIS, CAD, etc,) expertise and 15 years of development experience to innovate proprietary development intelligence tools to lead early-stage development and support on-going development activities for a broad greenfield portfolio.
